I guess it’s safe to say that my day didn’t exactly get off to a great start, but encountering the little things that people do (and the people themselves) never fail to put a smile on my face. One of them was a man from California who started a nice conversation with me while waiting in the long and seemingly endless taxi line.
The teller at the airline office also made my day with her helpfulness and sociable personality. I don’t know how she did it; maybe it was the fact she never failed to smile but whatever it was, I’m thankful for it.
The cute waiters I kept seeing definitely put the cream on the sundae (no pun intended). There was this one guy who was just so….ooof!
